{"id":2010,"date":"2018-01-22T20:10:17","date_gmt":"2018-01-22T20:10:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mtin.net\/blog\/?p=2010"},"modified":"2018-01-22T20:10:17","modified_gmt":"2018-01-22T20:10:17","slug":"looking-into-to-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mtin.net\/blog\/looking-into-to-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Looking into to 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As the snow is melting off during the 50 degree days I have a moment to pause for some of the things coming in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>One of the things we will be working on is some tweaks to our pricing and support structure.\u00a0 Over the past year, we have been moving to a deeper relationship\u00a0with our clients.\u00a0 This helps me provide better support as well add stability to income.\u00a0 MTIN\u00a0will be rolling into a more personalized service for clients in the upcoming months.\u00a0 This will mean more one-on-one attention to clients. With this, we will still be doing &#8220;walk-in clients&#8221; but only as time allows.\u00a0 \u00a0Customers with service contracts and retainer balances will get priority.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly, partnerships with other companies will become a way we will be able to provide customers with a great experience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to this new year!<br \/>\nJustin<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As the snow is melting off during the 50 degree days I have a moment to pause for some of the things coming in 2018.
