This directive applies to all work activities on communication towers that involve the use of a personnel hoist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Significant Changes<\/strong><br \/>\nThis directive replaces CPL 02-01-36, dated March 26, 2002. The previous directive provided \u00a0compliance guidance for hoisting personnel to or from their workstations during new tower erection only.
